Attachment of chlamydial particles to plasma membrane of hepatocytes in presence or absence of mevastatin. HepG2 cells were set up, grown and incubated with chlamydial particles (EB) in presence or absence of mevastatin as described in Methods. Attached particles were visualized with FITC-labeled antibody against chlamydial LPS.
